When someone close to you dies through suicide, it can be difficult to engage in everyday life, when you are confronted by grief, confusion and ever-changing emotions.

This four-week program aims to assist you in understanding the grief that follows a suicide and will present a range of strategies and ideas that may help you to minimise the stress, confusion and difficulties of continuing life after the death of a loved one through suicide. This program will be particularly helpful for the recently bereaved.

This program was initiated in November 2007, and will be run again in 2008. If this program would be of benefit to you, please register your interest to enable us to schedule in dates. This program is offered through the Wesley Centre for Life Enrichment in co-operation with HOPE Bereavement Care.
